Ferry from Rafina's port
Having a Car on your own is definately a solution as you can take the boat from the not so crowded Rafina port and travel to tinos quite fast. You can take a jet and be in Tinos in 1.5 Hour or the regular Ferry and be in around 3.5 to 4 hours. There is almost always an intermediate station in Andros.
Ferry from Piraeus
Being a Tourist in Athens and you want to visit Tinos? Piraeus port is suitable for you. There are not many options from piraeus but it is easier to get there by train if being in Athens. The trip is around 5 hours with an intemidiate stop in Syros.
Travel by Airplane
Coming from abroad and you want to skip the long ship journeys? You can pick up the airplane from Athens airport to Mykonos which is around 30 minutes long and then take the boat to Tinos (20 minutes). Mykonos airport is also connected with many Countries like France, Germany, Italy so it might be even easier for you to Visit us.
